System network management daemon — configures network interfaces and monitors connectivity

Manages macOS network configuration including interface setup, routing, and DNS settings. Monitors network reachability and connection state changes using the modern networking framework (NWConnection). Communicates with the system keychain to access stored network credentials and certificates for authentication. Exposes two XPC services for other system components to query and modify network settings. Submits network-related diagnostics and telemetry to Apple's unified analytics system. Maintains eight network endpoints for communication with system services and configuration servers.AI
