Packet capture library — performs raw network packet capture and analysis

Provides network packet capture capabilities for applications requiring low-level network traffic inspection. Exposes functions to open network interfaces, set capture filters, and read raw packets from the wire. Uses the Network framework to access raw packet capture functionality. Allows analysis of network traffic at the data link and network layers without requiring kernel extensions.AI
